2. Acceptance of Terms

Many external variables—including market sentiment, platform search algorithms, and audience behaviors—directly affect marketing results.
4. Subscription Model
Certain services operate on a monthly recurring subscription model based on pre-allocated hours or a set scope of work:
- Pre-allocated hours do not roll over to subsequent months unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Requests for modifications, tier upgrades, or downgrades to your subscription must be submitted in advance.
- Any minimum contract commitments will be detailed in your individual billing plan or proposal agreement.
5. Payments & Billing
- ✓Unless agreed otherwise, all service invoices must be paid in full in advance.
- ✓Fees paid are non-refundable once project operations or campaigns have commenced.
- ✓Delinquent or unpaid balances may result in immediate suspension or termination of active services.
- ✓We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure; active subscription clients will be given prior notice of any changes.
6. Cancellation & Termination
Clients may cancel their subscription services subject to the notice periods written in their project contracts. Bitwise Consulting retains the right to terminate active services immediately if we detect billing failures, unlawful activity, or ethical violations.
7. Ethical Marketing Policy
Bitwise Consulting operates under strict ethical guidelines. We refuse to participate in, and retain the right to suspend projects involving:
- Purchased followers, artificial engagement, or bot-driven traffic generation.
- Deceptive advertisements, exaggerated claims, or false representations.
- Crypto exit scams, malicious rug pulls, or fraudulent financial systems.
8. Client Responsibilities
For campaigns to run smoothly, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business assets, graphics, copy inputs, and credentials in a timely manner.
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed project review windows.
- Maintain strict compliance with local rules, laws, and advertising standards.
Delays in feedback or assets may push back timelines and impact final campaign results.
9. Intellectual Property
- ✓All materials produced by Bitwise Consulting remain our intellectual property until all related invoices are settled in full.
- ✓Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a perpetual license to use the campaign deliverables according to the terms of our contract.
- ✓Unless specifically restricted by an active NDA, Bitwise Consulting retains the right to feature completed assets in our portfolio, showcases, and client case studies.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the security and privacy of sensitive business data, including internal strategies, workflow structures, credentials, financials, and list directories. No proprietary details will be shared with outside parties without prior authorization.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitwise Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This includes, but is not limited to, platform bans, organic search algorithm changes, or account restrictions imposed by external networks. Our total liability is strictly capped at the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Our workflows rely heavily on third-party channels (such as Google, Meta, Telegram, Discord, and X). Bitwise Consulting holds no liability for platform outages, updates to API access policies, or unpreventable closures of client accounts on these external networks.
13. No Legal or Financial Advice
The recommendations and strategy insights shared by Bitwise Consulting are intended for growth marketing and branding purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Crypto and Web3 initiatives carry high risks; clients are advised to seek professional legal counsel regarding regulatory compliance.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security protocols to protect your submitted contact details, and we do not sell or lease user information to outside lists.
