1. About Bitwise Consulting

The digital marketing and advising firm Bitwise advising (sometimes called "Bitwise," "we," "us," or "our") provides many services, such as but not limited to the ones listed below:

• Social Media Optimization & Management
• Community Management (Telegram & Discord)
• SEO
• Content Marketing
• Paid Advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Influencer Marketing
• Web Design & Development
• Web3 & Crypto Marketing Services

For all services, project-based or subscription-based contracts are used to hold them.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you use this website or work with Bitwise Consulting, you agree that the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement
• You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions

If you don't agree with this message, please don't use our website or services.

3. Scope of Services

• As decided upon, each service is carried out in line with the purpose, proposal, or payment plan.
• Bitwise can't promise that it will reach certain goals, like ranks, income, token price, friend count, or return on investment.
• There are many outside factors that we can't change that affect how well our marketing campaigns do. These include market conditions, algorithms, audience behavior, and more.

4. Subscription Model

• For membership systems to work, they use a monthly hourly or scope-based method.
• It is not possible to carry over hours that have not been used unless it is written down.
• If you want to change, improve, or reduce your contract, you must make a request ahead of time.
• If there is a minimum commitment period, it will be written in your plan or deal.

5. Payments & Billing

• Except when something else has been agreed upon, all payments must be made in advance.
• You can't get your money back once the job has started.
• If you don't make your payments on time, services may be interrupted or stopped.
• Prices may change from time to time, but customers will be notified ahead of time.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Customers can stop using a service as long as they follow the terms and conditions in their agreement. Bitwise has the right to stop providing services if any of the following happen:

• The standards for payment are not being met.
• The person is doing things that are against the law, immoral, or dishonest.
• There are cryptocurrency scams, theft, and other dishonest activities going on with the project.

7. Ethical Marketing Policy

When it comes to marketing, Bitwise Consulting follows a very moral code:

• It's not okay to have fake friends, fake interactions, or growth that comes from bots.
• It is against the law to use misleading ads or make false promises.
• It is against the rules for you to support any illegal businesses, scams, or rug pulls.

We reserve the right to either refuse or stop a project if it is found to be against these rules.

8. Client Responsibilities

Customers agree to these things:

• Giving out proper information and tools on time is important.
• The products should be accepted within the time limits that are set.
• It is very important that you follow all the rules and laws that apply.

If the client is late, it could affect both the timeline and the results.

9. Intellectual Property

• As long as we get paid in full, everything Bitwise has made will remain our exclusive intellectual property.
• Once the customer pays, they are given the right to use the goods according to the rules of the deal.
• Unless something else has been agreed upon, Bitwise can use their work in marketing materials, showcases, and case studies.

10. Confidentiality

The following information will remain secret as per the deal between the parties:

• Information about businesses
• Systems of work
• A list of certificates
• Information about money

11. Limitation of Liability

Bitwise Consulting can't be blamed for any of the following:

• Damages that happen indirectly or as a result
• Platform bans, changes to algorithms, or actions taken by outside groups

It's not possible for our overall debt to be more than what was paid for the services.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Some of the platforms that we work with are those from outside companies, like Google, Meta, Telegram, and Discord. Please keep in mind that Bitwise is not responsible for:

• The lift is down
• Changes in policy
• Accounts that we can't control being shut down

13. No Legal or Financial Advice

Advice about law, money, or business is not something that Bitwise gives out. Crypto and Web3 marketing come with some risks, and buyers have to decide for themselves which companies to do business with.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy will also tell you how to use this website every time you visit it. We will never sell or use your information in a way that isn't right, and it is safe with us.

15. Changes to Terms

Bitwise Consulting can change these Terms and Conditions whenever they need to. If you keep using the website or services, that means you agree to the rules as they have been changed.

16. Governing Law

Unless another agreement says otherwise, these Terms will be interpreted and governed by the laws of India.
